Isa studied at Norges Musikkhøgskole and Hochschule der Künste in Berlin and has been Artistic Director for the Gloger Festival since 2001.

Since completing his studies in orchestral conducting at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Olof Boman has established himself as one of Sweden’s most interesting young conductors. He has been Artistic Director for The Gloger Festival since 2009.
Reidar Hauge started, and is the Chief Executive Officer of, the Gloger Academy, which hosts both the Gloger Festival and a variety of concerts in Kongsberg Church all year round. He also initiated the church choir, 'Kongsberg Kantori', in 1973 and was its conductor until 2007.
